How do I export contacts from Outlook to import into Zendesk Sell?
To import contacts from Outlook into Zendesk Sell, you first need to export them from Outlook. Log into your Outlook account, navigate to Contacts, and select the contacts you wish to export. Click on Settings, then Manage, and choose Export contacts. Select the folder you want to export and click Export. Note that exporting custom fields in a .CSV file by default is not supported by Microsoft Outlook, but you can use an Outlook desktop client for Windows with a plugin to do so.
