Can I choose where my Zendesk account data is hosted?
Yes, you can choose where your Zendesk account data is hosted, but it depends on your plan level. If your account is eligible, you can purchase the Data Center Location add-on, which allows you to select the region for some of your service data.
If you have the Data Center Location as part of the Zendesk Suite, you should contact Zendesk Customer Support to choose a region.
