You can easily add shifts for multiple agents in Zendesk WFM using the bulk edit feature. To do this, navigate to the Schedule section in the Zendesk WFM web app, click on the Bulk edit menu, and select Add shifts. From there, you can choose the shift type, specify a date range, and select the agents for whom the shifts are being added.
