You can't directly increase the limit of 50 organizations in a user segment. Instead, you can use a workaround by creating a new user segment based on tags.
To do this, first create a new user segment and use the 'Users and organizations matching ANY of these tags' option. Choose a tag for your organizations. If tagging isn't enabled, make sure to enable user and organization tagging. Then, tag the organizations you want to include with the chosen tag.
