There are two ways My AskAI can work with your existing support tools.
1) With Intercom, Zendesk or Freshchat, you can install My AskAI from their App Store / Marketplace. My AskAI will then work within your existing live chat widget on your site and new conversations will be handled by the AI agent before transferring to a human. See how it works for

2) With other live chat providers, My AskAI (when added to your website) will hide your existing live chat widget and display My AskAI instead. Your My AskAI AI agent will then act as your first line of defence and all new support conversations will go to the AI agent first. If a customer wants to speak to a person on your team, we will then reveal your live chat widget for the customer to connect with your team.
